On Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 7:59 a.m., units from North Highline, Burien, and SeaTac Fire Departments were dispatched to a residential house fire at 11672 Des Moines Memorial Drive S. Upon arrival, the crews found an abandoned house with smoke and flames coming from the windows. The fire was quickly extinguished.

The structure (as well as two other buildings on the property) was posted "Do Not Occupy."
